What an amazing show tonight by the Culinary Gangsta, Chef Guy Fieri. Guy performed an amazing 90 minutes show to a SOLD OUT house at the South Shore Room at Harrah’s in Lake Tahoe. Between his amazing cooking on stage, telling his ruthless stories one after each other and of course bringing up the hand picked individuals to perform 2 of the amazingly hard games on his new NBC game show called “Minute to Win It.” Yes, four people were selected by Guy to come up on the stage, front and center. First game was called “Face the Cooke” where you have to start out with your head tilted back placing an Oreo cookie on your forehead, using your facial muscles you have to maneuver the cookie from your forehead down to and “in” your mouth without touching the cookie with your hands. If the cookie drops, you grab a new one and start over. Oh, and there is no snacking on the Oreo’s during the 60 seconds.
The 2nd game was the “Chocolate Unicorn.” This is where you tilt your head back while “standing,” and you have to stack 7 (seven) Chocolate Ding Dong’s on your forehead one at a time. The first one who gets 7 stacked, wins the game. If at any time your stack falls, you may start over. As with the Oreo cookie, you cannot eat any part of the Ding Dong.
All I can say is, the crowd was “Off Da Hook,” and yes, there was winners for both games. Both winners won a Guy Fieri Signature knife.
